Thesis title

A unified framework for multisensory binding at episodic retrieval.

Supervisory team

Professor Peter Bright
Dr Fiona Richardson
Dr Rachel Cook

Summary of research

Marty's research concerns the neural processes of learning and memory, particularly the brain networks underlying encoding and retrieval of episodes. He has a broad expertise in neurophysiological and psychological methods, and his research employs electrophysiological, neuroimaging, neuropsychological, and neurostimulation methods in order to provide a convergent model of the functional neuroanatomy of memory retrieval.
