The Emotion and Well-Being Research Area focuses on the personal, social, and biological aspects of emotion, stress, and wellbeing.
Recent projects include looking at parenting and children’s emotional awareness, the role of imagery in clinical disorders, and hormone and immune responses to acute stress. Journals we have published in include: Psychological Review, Cognition and Emotion, Clinical Psychology Review, and Consciousness and Cognition.
The Emotion and Well-Being Research Area is part of the Applied, Social and Health Psychology Research Group.
