Background

Shabnam has extensive research experience in model reliability, robustness and design optimization using applied Finite Element Analysis and statistics, high-performance energy absorbers, development of material composition and polymers.

She won the best paper award in 2012 at Anglia Ruskin's 1st Annual Research and Scholarship Conference. Shabnam also has management experience in the processes involved in complex multi-nationals and SMEs.
