How to find the Cambridge Campus
Please note the Fulbourn site is not at the main East Road campus in Cambridge. Please see the separate map showing directions to Fulbourn.
Travelling by car
Cambridge is at the junction of a number of major roads, including the M11 and A14.M11
- Leave the motorway at junction 11 signposted South Cambridge and Harston A1309/A10
- Follow the signs to the city centre through Trumpington village
- Continue along Trumpington Road until you reach two mini-roundabouts
- Go straight across at the first mini-roundabout, keeping to the right-hand lane
- Turn right at the second mini-roundabout, into Lensfield Road
- Continue straight on, crossing several sets of traffic lights
- You're now entering East Road
- Queen Anne car park is located just after the Gonville Hotel on the right
- The fire station is at the crossroads on your left
- Our University main reception is on the right about 200 metres further on.
- A further 300 metres on to the left is The Grafton which has a multi-story car park
A14
- Leave the A14 at junction 33, signposted Milton, Waterbeach and Ely junction.
- Take the Cambridge exit at the roundabout, at the end of the slip road
- You are now on Milton Road A1309, continue for about a mile, passing over several sets of traffic lights
- Turn left at the roundabout
- Go straight across at the next roundabout
- Continue straight on to Elizabeth Way
- Continue to next roundabout and go straight over
- You are now on East Road
- The Grafton is on your right, which has a multi storey car park
- Our University reception is on the left about 300 metres further on.
- Queen Anne car park is a further 500 metres on the left
Park & ride
The Park & Ride services are an excellent way to get around the city. There are five in total, operating seven days a week. There is ample free parking with travel times into the city centre varying between 10 and 30 minutes. The service also stops at The Grafton which is just a few minutes walk from our campus.Parking
There is no parking available at our Cambridge campus unless you are a registered disabled driver. There are a number of public car parks within easy walking distance of our campus. Queen Anne and Grafton East multi-storey car parks are both long stay and just a five minute walk away.By train
Trains run frequently between Cambridge and London (both King's Cross and Liverpool Street stations), Ipswich, Peterborough (with connections to the north), King's Lynn and Birmingham. Visit the National Rail Enquiries website for more information.

By bus or coach
Most bus and coach routes go to Drummer Street bus station. Our University is about a quarter of a mile (0.64km) away.By bike
Cambridge is the unofficial cycling capital of the UK, so there are plenty of facilities for cyclists, including a cycle park at Park Street, a hire shop at the railway station and countless cycle routes.
