Welcome to the Language Services Unit at Anglia Ruskin University.

We are a hard working, highly qualified team of academics, teachers and tutors offering language training and language services to the university, its students and the public.

Learning English:
We provide a wide range of high quality general and academic English as a Foreign Language courses that give you the academic and cultural platform you will need for your future degrees at Anglia Ruskin University or other UK universities.

Helping students:
For students in the university we offer a comprehensive range of Academic and Professional Skills support modules for both our undergraduate and our postgraduate students.

Foreign Languages:
We are passionate about language learning and offer a range of foreign languages through the Anglia Language Programme (ALP). Languages currently on offer are French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish and Chinese. These are available to our students and anyone wanting to learn a second language.

Routes into Languages:
As the regional centre for this scheme, we run outreach activities with schools to promote and support language learning for thousands of children and the professional development of language teachers in our schools.
