Masters Foundation programme
Programme objective
To further develop your academic English and subject specific terminology and concepts. It also introduces you to the study methods and assessment practices you need to familiarise yourself with to be successful in your studies in the UK.Course structure
You will have a choice of modules selected from the regular level 1, 2 or 3 module offering depending on your level of English on entry. Your programme will consist of 60 credits per semester in English language and your subject specialism such as Business, IT or Law. Your programme of study will be finalised with the help of a tutor who will give you academic advice. You will need to pass 40 credits per semester to successfully complete the course. No further IELTS test or other English Language exams or scores will be required to progress to Masters level study.Entry requirements
- An academic qualification suitable for admission to a Masters programme or the final year of a Bachelor degree
- Normally minimum IELTS 5.0 or equivalent.
