International students: entry requirements for undergraduate Bachelors degrees
Standard entry requirements
For entry into year 1 of an undergraduate Bachelors degree, you'll need to have one of the following:
- British GCE A levels or VCE A Levels
- International Baccalaureate with a minimum of 24 points
- Relevant qualifications obtained in your home country, as per Anglia Ruskin's country specific entry requirements
- A Foundation Certificate from Anglia Ruskin or from another recognised UK institution
- ABE Certificate. ABE Diploma (all parts) and ABE Advanced Diploma (all parts) suitable for entry to Year 2 (for Business-related courses)
- If English is not your first language, the appropriate level of English language
Some courses have extra requirements, such as portfolios for art and design courses. These are outlined in our

If you've already completed 1 or 2 years of study
If you've completed study at university level in the UK or your home country you may be eligible to enter directly into year 2 or 3 of a related degree course at Anglia Ruskin. Please see
