Entry requirements
The entry requirements for students from Norway are listed below.For entry into year 1 of an undergraduate Bachelors degree, students need to have one of the following:
- Vitnemal fra den Videregaende Skole with overall grade 4.0.
- A recognised foundation qualification
Students applying for a postgraduate Masters degree are required to hold one of the following:
- Bachelors degree (after 2003) with average grade C or above
- Candidatus Magisterii (before 2003) with average grade C or above
- Sivilingenior (siv.ing.) (engineering) or Sivilekonom (siv.ek.) (economics) with CGPA 2.7 or above (2.5 or above in old syst.)
- A recognised pre-Masters course
English language requirements
- Standard Undergraduate courses will require IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in all four elements.
- Standard Postgraduate courses will require IELTS 6.5 with 5.5 in all four elements.
Anglia Ruskin will waive the English language requirements for all courses if students achieved Vitnemal fra den Videregaende Skole with Grade 4.0 in English.
Alternatively, Anglia Ruskin English tests can be used for admissions into our own Degree courses. Tests are available to be conducted either in Cambridge or in our representative offices in Norway, to book an English test or for further information please contact Country Development Manager at jimmy.wu@anglia.ac.uk.

Tuition fees & scholarships
Your tuition fees will vary depending on your chosen level of study. For full details please see our fees for 2012/13.
The International Merit Scholarship scheme provides awards of either £500 or £1,000 to well-qualified students applying for any full-time Bachelors or Masters course. Awards are made on the basis of academic merit and level of competence in English language. Once you apply for a course at Anglia Ruskin you will be automatically considered for a scholarship, and details of any award given will be included in your offer letter.
