Student Money Advice Service
Money, or lack of it, can be a significant factor to your wellbeing and successful academic progression through university. The Student Money Advisers can work with you to ensure you get the most out of your studies at Anglia Ruskin University as free as possible from money worries.

We offer a confidential and professional service in a friendly, informal environment for students from pre-entry to post graduation.

We can advise on:

  • funding for full-time undergraduate and postgraduate studies
  • funding for part-time study
  • the Access to Learning Fund
  • budgeting and money management
  • additional funding; trusts and charities
  • tax credits; student entitlement to child tax credit and working tax credit
  • welfare benefits; student entitlement to benefits
  • council tax; issues for students.
The Student Money Advisers are members of the National Association of Student Money Advisers (NASMA).
