iCentres

i Centre
The iCentres are the first point of contact for all students, no matter what the query. We make it our business to ensure that we are the one-stop source for any information, and that each student is satisfied with the answers we are able to provide. iCentres are easily identifiable and are located on each of our main campuses.

Staff within the iCentres are fully trained and work to ensure that all questions are answered. If the team are unable to answer a query, inquiries will be made to go the extra mile to provide the correct information.

The iCentres are also responsible for dealing with the submission of assignments, supplying and issuing students with their ID Cards, and can assist with producing standard letters such as those relating to Council Tax, opening a UK bank account (international students) and confirmation of registration.

As well as providing information to students the iCentre teams are involved in the planning and organisation of the Freshers' Week events at the beginning of each academic year. These events ensure that all new students receive important information relating to their time at Anglia Ruskin whilst providing fun activities to help people get to know each other during the first few days at university.
