Faculty Student Advice Service
We are here to help with any problems you may have with academic life, and help you understand the University's modular system, rules and regulations. We can authorise extension requests and advise about mitigation. We are able to refer you to specialist advice and information sources which can offer more detailed and in-depth guidance e.g. financial advice, careers, learning support. Additionally, we can help with timetable and result queries.
The Faculty Student Advice Service is supportive of all students at Anglia Ruskin University; full-time, part-time, undergraduate and postgraduate. Although we are attached to specific faculties or areas, it is our policy never to turn away students who need help.
