How to apply for the Visiting Exchange/Study Abroad Programmes
(Non-EU students)
Before you apply
If you would like to apply to study at our University as a Visiting Study Abroad student then please read the following notes carefully. You can also download the explanatory notes below.Application Form
The deadline for applications for Semester 1 (September - January) is 31 May 2013 and for Semester 2 (January - June) is 31 October 2013.The application form must be completed fully in black ink and block capitals and must be countersigned by a tutor at your Home Institution. Students must also include the following documents with their application:
- Transcript of results from Home Institution
- Evaluation of English Language assessment
- Completed learning agreement
- Copy of passport
Learning Agreement and Module Choice
You must submit a completed Learning Agreement with your application. Please refer to the Guidance notes included on the Learning Agreement to help you complete it correctly. Once you have selected your modules, you should ask your tutor at your Home Institution to approve your choices and sign the Learning Agreement.English Language Evaluation
If you are a non-native speaker of English, then as part of your application you must either complete and return our English Language Evaluation or include a letter from your English tutor confirming that you have obtained the appropriate level of English language to attend lectures and write assignments in English.Submitting your application
