Mature students make up a significant percentage of the student population here at Anglia Ruskin University. We understand that there can be many reasons why people make the decision to study and that is one of the reasons we offer part-time as well as full-time undergraduate and postgraduate study, and increasingly we are able to offer flexible distance learning for some subject areas.

Anglia Ruskin is aware that as adults with professional and life experience you may have chosen to study whilst working, or have given up your job in order to be a student - both present their own challenges and as a university we want to provide the best environment for you to enrich your education. We understand that your needs may include:
  • an excellent library resource with access to various journals and books online
  • wireless internet
  • access to computers with word processing (and analytical) applications
  • advice on childcare provision
  • excellent on-site gym and sports provision
