Why not help raise vital cash for the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity by joining the annual fundraising event 'Tea for Helen' in February?

The campaign, which was supported by BBC's Clare Balding, launched last year and raised in excess of £25,000 for the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity. The charity funds vital research into the disease and support centres for those living with cancer. Anglia Ruskin University's Chelmsford Campus is home to a Helen Rollason Research Laboratory, which was opened in April 2003. The centres are a valued part of a cancer journey offering a range of therapies and support through a difficult period in people's lives.

Community Relations Manager from the charity, Angela Lodge, said:

"Join us once again for a fabulous fundraiser which you can even do in the comfort of your own home!

"Tea for Helen is a simple idea - choose a date for your tea party, register and receive your Tea for Helen pack, invite your guests and enjoy a cup of tea while raising funds for the charity!"

Backing the campaign for the second year is Tetley Tea, who has kindly donated tea bags for the registration packs. In addition, Wilkin & Sons have once again donated 500 jars of their Little Scarlet jam being sold for £1 (RRP £3.45). The idea is that once you've eaten the pot of jam you fill it up with money raised at your tea party and send it back to the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity.

You can claim your £1 pot of Little Scarlet* at the following places:
