Leading Business Change has been designed to equip you with the skills to respond to change and lead change within your role. You will be able to choose from topics such as Organisational Change, Strategic Management and Financial Management to help you and your organisation develop and respond to the ever changing marketing environments.

In a rapidly evolving world, the ability to lead and manage change is crucial if individuals and organisations are to thrive. This course equips you with the skills and knowledge you need to make a positive impact in times of change.
This course takes 9-11 months and contains the following modules:
Core module
  • Leadership in Practice

    This module examines theories of leadership and practical leadership skills, along with the values and behaviours necessary to manage and lead projects, situations, self and teams. You will critically assess your leadership practice or potential for leadership.

Entry requirements

We have designed this course to be as flexible as possible and therefore we will consider most levels of ability and experience.

We need to ensure that everyone starting the course is capable of completing it, and so the entry requirements are designed to give people the opportunity to prove that they can do this. Candidates may provide evidence of their ability to complete the course through their previous academic achievement (e.g. A levels, NVQs etc), or through their experience at work. Each case will be assessed individually, but as a rough guide, successful candidates will have 2 passes at A-level and relevant work experience. We normally interview applicants.
