You will be able to choose from topics such as Organisational Change, Strategic Management and Financial Management to help you and your organisation develop and respond to the ever changing marketing environments.Our specialist delivery team will guide you through the programme, ensuring that the learning is relevant and supporting the your work. Leadership in Practice
This module examines theories of leadership and practical leadership skills, along with the values and behaviours necessary to manage and lead projects, situations, self and teams. You will critically assess your leadership practice or potential for leadership.

Managing Projects and Organisational Change
This module focuses on the skills and knowledge associated with delivering a successful business project. Projects often bring change, so the module also examines strategies and practical tools to manage change within your organisation.
Strategic Management
This module addresses strategy and examines your organisation within its strategic and competitive context.You will consider the strategic options open to an organisation and evaluate the practical impact of strategic choices, especially on people, resources and systems.
Financial Management and Financial Forecasting
Managing finance is a core element of any business activity. This module is designed for people with a non-financial background, covering issues such as budgets, budgetary control, and applying financial data to make decisions. It then goes on to focus on financial forecasting to increase income for new projects and maintain competitive advantage.

Entry requirements
We have designed this course to be as flexible as possible and therefore we will consider most levels of ability and experience.We need to ensure that everyone starting the course is capable of completing it, and so the entry requirements are designed to give people the opportunity to prove that they can do this. Candidates may provide evidence of their ability to complete the course through their previous academic achievement (e.g. A levels, NVQs etc), or through their experience at work. Each case will be assessed individually, but as a rough guide, successful candidates will have 2 passes at A-level and relevant work experience. We normally interview applicants.
