Our course is designed to meet the development needs of middle and senior managers from a wide range of organisations, our Anglia Ruskin MBA attracts candidates from around the world, helping to give it a truly international flavour. People take our course for a variety of reasons: some wish to enhance their career prospects within their current area of expertise, whereas others are looking to move from a specialist field to a more senior, strategic role.Whatever your aim, our course content can develop you to be an effective manager, equipped to help your organisation meet the evolving challenges of the 21st century business environment. You will develop key competencies, including leadership, decision-making and organisational transformation, and innovation to a senior level. Our course is designed to equip you with the knowledge, understanding and skills to better manage complex organisational issues in a changing and challenging climate.
This course is delivered in stages over two years.

Our course creates effective managers who are equipped to lead the organisation in the changing business environment of the 21st century. Our course content includes the latest thinking and research on management at strategic level, and has participants from a wide range of business and service backgrounds which provides an excellent pool of experience and expertise from which to learn.Our MBA has a strong emphasis on transferring learning to the organisation through work-based assignments. Our course develops key competencies, including leadership, decision-making, managing across cultures, organisational transformation and innovation. It equips you to handle complex organisational issues across a wide range of management disciplines.
Teaching methods include lectures, case studies, syndicate work, role playing, business games and group presentations. Syndicate and group work is encouraged to enable you to benefit from the varied backgrounds and experience of other cohort members. Guest speakers and alumni may also be invited in order to enrich the content.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: Chelmsford is not available for international students due to Tier 4 visa regulations. Please apply for our Cambridge MBA course.

Assessment
Each credit-rated module is assessed by an assignment, often work based. There are no formal examinations. This ensures that learning is context specific and transferred to the organisation.Facilities

Our MBA prepares middle managers for senior roles within their organisations.| Entry Requirements: | EITHER to hold a degree from a UK university, normally at a minimum of lower second class honours (or equivalent overseas degree) OR to hold an academic or professional qualification which is equivalent in breadth and depth to a UK honours degree. Those candidates without a formal qualification will be expected to demonstrate previous supervisory experience, preferably at middle management level of at least two years. Candidates are normally required to evidence this by means of a CV. Those candidates for whom English is not a first language will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. |
