Certificate of Attendance

A brief introductory workshop aimed at those intending to facilitate team development.

The workshop includes a range of activities that participants can adapt to meet the needs of a particular team. In addition, the following issues/themes will be discussed:

• Exploring team dynamics and personal agendas;
• The development process of a team;
• Team roles and goal setting;
• Establishing ground rules;
• Handling feedback and criticism;
• Team problem solving.
