Overseas visitors spend £4.5 billion a year in British shops. (Visit Britain survey 2013). This short training course will provide retail and leisure staff with the language skills to maximise opportunities created by their international visitors.

You will receive expert teaching in languages in state of the art facilities and the expertise of one of the country's leading research centres in international communication and international business knowledge.

On successful completion of the course, you will also receive a certificate for your shop window to welcome customers and certify that you are trained in the major shopping languages: Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and French.
