Wanted by the FBI!
Press release issued: 13 October 2008
In June 2008, Anglia Ruskin University's Dr Jonathan Smith was invited by the Behavioural Science Unit of the FBI Academy to present two papers at one of their groundbreaking conferences in Leesburg, Virginia, the only person to attend from outside the US and Canada.
His work has explored the implications of not nurturing the whole person, and has found that in some professions this can be extremely dangerous, particularly in issues of a spiritual nature. Jonathan and our Business School support the FBI's excellent initiative and hope to be involved further as the project develops.

Jonathan Smith believes that:
"The police are not alone in facing these types of issues; firefighters, soldiers, doctors, nurses, teachers, leaders and managers may all face similar challenges."
