Series Director Alan Rochford, from Anglia Ruskin University's Department of Music and Performing Arts, said:
"We have a stunning range of performers lined up for the Spring Lunchtime Concert Series which is gaining a considerable following here in Cambridge.
"This is the first time that we have included the Woodwind Ensemble of the Central Band of the Royal Air Force in our lunchtime programme and we are very much looking forward to the concert which, with the performers all in full military uniform, should be highly memorable in terms of both sight and sound."
A number of retired members of the RAF will be attending as special guests. Admission is free and open to members of the general public.
The Woodwind Ensemble was formed in 2003 from the Principal players of the Central Band of the Royal Air Force which is based in RAF Uxbridge. The Dectet has performed in Colleges, Churches and Concert Halls throughout the UK and took part in British Association of Symphonic Bands and Wind Ensembles (BASBWE) in 2003. The Ensemble is conducted by Squadron Leader Duncan Stubbs.
