Anglia Ruskin University is holding undergraduate Open Days on Saturday, 8 October to help explain the upcoming changes to student finance - as well as offer an opportunity to explore the campuses in Chelmsford and Cambridge.

The new finance system comes into effect for those applying to start university next year and the Open Days will feature specific finance talks explaining the impact of the new fees structure and student loans arrangements.

Chris Jones, Anglia Ruskin's Open Day coordinator, said:

"Before you think about applying to university you need to know exactly what your options are with regards to funding, as well as have a close look at the courses you're interested in.

"This information is exactly what we offer at our Open Days, as they are designed to provide all the information you might need in one visit."

Key members of each Faculty and support service will be on hand to answer questions, while current students will talk about their experiences of studying at Anglia Ruskin.

Anglia Ruskin's undergraduate Open Days usually attract between 800-1,000 prospective students, plus members of their family and friends, and there are four Open Days staged throughout the year.

Anyone interested in attending the Open Days, which run from 10am-3pm, can pre-register online on our Open Day site or simply turn up on the day. For further information, call 0845 271 3333.
