Anglia Ruskin ready to tour the region offering advice on Higher Education
Anglia Ruskin University's big green roadshow bus will be offering advice and guidance about Higher Education to pupils in the East of England when it hits the road this summer."With the vast spectrum of changes happening in all aspects of education it is not surprising that many young people are finding it difficult to decide what their next steps should be, what GCSEs to take, if they should stay on at sixth form, and whether university is the best thing for them at 18."
"With recent statutory guidance placing the responsibility of providing Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) for students directly with schools themselves, this has left schools considering how they can best respond to the needs of their students. We appreciate that schools are faced with swiftly putting in place a new IAG stream and we can help and support them by providing many aspects of that activity on their behalf."
"Our roadshow offers a one-stop opportunity for students in schools to access information about all aspects of progression to Higher Education and schools have been given the opportunity to schedule in sessions for teachers and parents, allowing us to support as many people as possible."
