Seeing the future from a different angle
Press release issued: 13 October 2010
People interested in postgraduate study will have the opportunity to get the facts around postgraduate courses, vocational qualifications and research opportunities at an event on 19 October at Anglia Ruskin University.
The range of opportunities will span Arts, Law & Social Sciences, Business, Science & Technology, Health & Social Care and Education.
Full and part-time courses will be showcased at the Postgraduate Information Event which will be held at Anglia Ruskin's Cambridge and Chelmsford campuses. At the cross-campus sessions, people will be able to find out more about the range of postgraduate courses and research opportunities, talk to course leaders and directors from all five Faculties, view the campuses and facilities, and find out more about career development and funding options.
Encouraging anyone interested to register for the event, Anglia Ruskin University's Education Liaison Officer, Marc Rothera, said:
"Whether you're studying to improve your job prospects, to change career or simply to pursue a subject you really love and want to study further, you should come along and find out more.
"Over the past five years we've invested over £80 million in our campus facilities, and a further £124 million of improvements are planned, to make this one of the leading universities in the East of England for postgraduate study.
"For a postgraduate, deciding where to study is not a decision to be taken lightly, so we encourage all prospective students to visit us."
The event will run from 4.30pm on 19 October.
