"Last week I was training in France which was useful as it helps to have different sessions against different faces.
"The last three weeks' training has been really intensive but during the week running up to the event I've been easing off a little. In the last few days you can't really make big changes; it's just a case of staying sharp.
"At the moment I'm not thinking too much about the Olympics as that's not until next year. I'm just taking it one competition at a time and this weekend will be a big event - I've been told there will be competitors from 34 different countries.
"I wouldn't say I'm out to prove a point after the World Championships, because I was quite happy with how I performed in Paris and I lost a very close fight against the No 1 Russian, who was ranked No 6 in the world at the time. But of course I want to do as well as I can this weekend as it's a World Cup competition and results there will have a bearing on Olympic selection."
