This was a celebration of work by the BA (Hons) Film and Television Production students and graduates, the result of their passion, imagination, talent and creativity.

Some of the graduate work exhibited at Bright Sparks has achieved great success at film festivals and even received nominations for awards:
- Cloudwatcher, a film directed by Martin Galvin and produced by Claire Day, was screened at the Bedford Film Festival 2011. The film was also nominated for the 'Student Production Undergraduate & FE Award' at the BFI Southbank, London on 26 April 2012. Although the film did not end up taking the prize the judges were very impressed, praising its 'unusual theme' and noting that it was 'beautifully shot'. Cloudwatcher's Director of Photography was Alex Ferguson
- Hush, a film by Ashley Cutmore and directed by Henry Lockyer, was part of Watersprite (the Cambridge International Student Festival) in 2011. The film received a great reception and won the category 'Best Cinematographer' for Ashley
