Searle Award for Creativity 2011 private view
On the evening of 31 March 2011, visitors to Ruskin Gallery were able to attend not only the private view of the annual Searle Award for Creativity but also the presentation ceremony itself. These awards were initiated by Cambridge School of Art alumnus and world-renowned illustrator Ronald Searle to recognise excellence in a range of artistic disciplines at Anglia Ruskin University.
This year's award was won by Master of Fine Art student Robert Good for his installation on the theme of 'Crisis', while Anastasiya Rudaya and Rebecca Palmer collected the runners-up certificates. The prizes were presented by Andy Salmon, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Law and Social Sciences.
