EESST - East of England Simulation & Skills Training
On 14th December 2012 the inaugural East of England Simulation and Skills Training Symposium was hosted at the Postgraduate Medical Institute. The symposium was one of the first steps towards developing a coherent framework for technology enhanced learning across the region.
The PMI hosted speakers from most acute care Trusts allied to the universities of Cambridge, East Anglia, Hertfordshire, Imperial College and of course Anglia Ruskin University. We would like to thank all the speakers for their inspiring and informative presentations which illustrated the vast range of simulation and skills training activity within the region.

"The EESST Symposium offered an opportunity for regional simulation providers to share their experiences and begin to discuss ways of working together so that resources and expertise can be more effectively combined. We hope that the networking opportunities generated will be built on and expanded through 2013 and look forward to next year's symposium."
