How we work with current students

Our Student Ambassador team support the work of the Outreach & Recruitment team by representing Anglia Ruskin University at our events. They assist with the practical arrangements on the day and provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have a pleasant and safe visit. They may also attend off-campus activity where appropriate.

Our ambassadors understand the importance of safe guarding young people and have child protection training before they are allowed to work at our events.

Activities our ambassadors assist with include:

Campus tours
Q&A sessions about student life
Attending sixth form 'Progression Events' and careers fairs
Student Life talks
Undergraduate and Postgraduate Open Days

Senior Ambassador Programme

Those ambassadors who demonstrate the best attitudes, skills and are committed to the scheme can apply to be a Senior Student Ambassador. Ambassadors are assessed on the scores they have previously attained through our performance monitoring system and feedback from our guests.
