Natural selection and the diversity of life
Tasters arranged on demand
We will be investigating the process of natural selection in detail, and will discuss the supposedly conflicting idea of creationism.
Students will learn why peacocks have long tails, how the eye evolved, and why organisms have sex (the answer is not obvious!).
Throughout this session, students will be undertaking hands-on exercises to understand why Darwin's theory can explain the origin of all life on earth.
