IAG Staff Conference

Our yearly IAG events are designed with teachers and IAG in mind and we use feedback from each event to provide helpful content for the next. Our conferences are designed to provide the latest information on key issues in HE, calling on independent experts in the field.
At this year's event, held in March, attendees heard from Matt Welbourn from the UCAS Professional Development team, Kevin McMullen and Blair Campbell from the Student Finance Information Team at the Student Loans Company. Visitors were also able to take a tour of the university; Get the latest from our Faculty of Health Social Care & Education; Attend a talk on the role of the Admissions Officer and find out more about Outreach & Recruitment activities.
These events are also great places to network with fellow IAG and teaching staff.
The next IAG conference dates will be announced in July, and are likely to take place in March 2014 and we will do our best to accommodate all teachers and IAG staff interested in attending.
If you would like a member of our team to attend your staff development session, or attend a staff meeting, to provide updates on applying to university, writing a personal statement, writing a UCAS reference, or any other related topics, please contact us and we will do our best to come and share our expertise.
