Chelmsford new developments
The Masterplan for Rivermead campus, approved by Chelmsford Borough Council in 2002 is now in its final stages with just a small amount of development left to be completed.
Plaza redevelopment
Roadworks and plaza redevelopment works are in progress near the main entrance to campus, between the Michael A. Ashcroft building and Rivermead Shops.This project will increase the area for pedestrians, improve pedestrian and cycle routes, and create a greener environment that compliments the design and landscaping of our campus. We plan to complete the project by the end of October 2011.
