Chelmsford new developments

The Masterplan for Rivermead campus, approved by Chelmsford Borough Council in 2002 is now in its final stages with just a small amount of development left to be completed.

Anglia Ruskin University Medical Business Innovation Centre (MedBIC)

We are pleased to announce planning permission for our new building designed by Peter Emptage Architects has been approved by Chelmsford City Council. The MedBIC will create an enterprise hub supporting start-up companies, enhance our engineering teaching and research and develop wider innovation networks for Chelmsford and Essex.

It is anticipated work will start on site from Easter 2013, with completion of the engineering block by November 2013 and the MedBIC by summer 2014.
