Booking Online
The Mumford Theatre's online booking service is available 24/7. There are no booking fees applied to purchases. A charge of 70p is made if you choose to have your tickets posted to you. Alternatively you can choose to have your tickets retained at the Box Office for you to collect.Further information about booking online can be found on our Online Booking Tips page.

Booking in person
The Mumford Theatre Box Office is open 2.00pm - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. For customers wanting to buy tickets on the door immediately prior to a performance the Box Office opens for this purpose half an hour prior to the advertised start time of each performance (we recommend that you telephone in advance to check availability).

Telephone bookings
You can phone the Mumford Theatre Box Office during the hours 2.00pm - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, on 0845 196 2320 (local rate) or 01223 352932. A charge of 70p is made if you choose to have your tickets posted to you. Alternatively you can choose to have your tickets retained at the Box Office for you to collect.If you reach our answerphone, please do leave a message, we guarantee to call you back.

VISA Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, UK Maestro, VISA Credit, VISA Debit, BMS CLIP. No additional charge is made for booking by credit/debit card.Postal bookings
You can write to the box office requesting tickets, or to confirm a reservation. Cheques should be made payable to Anglia Ruskin Enterprise Ltd. Please be sure to enclose a SAE (or add 70p on to your cheque) if you want us to send you your tickets, otherwise tickets will be held at the Box Office for you to collect.Postal address: Box Office, Mumford Theatre, Anglia Ruskin University, East Road, Cambridge CB1 1PT.
Reservations
A reservation is a facility to hold seats in your name pending payment. (It is not possible to make reservations online). Reservations will be held for up to four days, allowing time to finalise your arrangements and to make payment in person, by phone or by post. Payment for reservations must be made in advance of the performance date.Concessions
Concession prices usually apply to children (up to age 16), full-time students, senior citizens (60+), unwaged and registered disabled, unless shown otherwise.Disabled customers who need to be accompanied for assistance purposes are entitled to an Essential Companion ticket, free of charge, in addition to the concession ticket for themselves..
Returning tickets
We are unable to exchange or refund tickets. However, if you are unable to use your tickets and the performance is sold out, we are happy to accept them for resale. We can only make refunds if the tickets are actually resold. A handling fee of £1.00 per ticket will be deducted from your refund.Please see our Conditions of sale page for full terms and conditions.
