EU regional funding for business: Accessing the opportunity

Are you a small to medium business (SME) based in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire or Hertfordshire? In these difficult times the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) is investing £90 million into our region to support SMEs via a range of activities and projects which could be of direct benefit to your business. From resource audits, grants and innovation support to collaborative projects with universities, ERDF has the potential to make a real difference.

Attendance is FREE but booking is required. Session will last 2½ hours and contain a series of briefings on each of the ERDF-funded project that can assist your business, followed by refreshments, networking and the opportunity for in depth discussions with individual projects.

University of Essex - Low Carbon KEEP feature event

Venue: Tony Rich Teaching Centre (rooms TC26 & 27), The University of Essex, Colchester, CO4 3SQ

Time: 10.15am -12.45pm

The University of Essex, in collaboration with Anglia Ruskin University, would like to invite East of England businesses to a morning's event which will explore the successful Low Carbon Keep Scheme.

Carole Randall (LC KEEP Programme Manager) will provide an overview of the scheme, and Jenny Young (Knowledge Exchange Manager) will outline some of the University of Essex's recent successes.

Tony Fisher (Senior Partner) and Joe Knox (LC KEEP Assoicate) will present a case study of how LC KEEP has been working for Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP. Their presentation will highlight how one organisation has benefitted from LC KEEP, as well as how the scheme is flexible enough to be implemented in a vast array of organisations.
