Peter Raine Honorary Master of Arts, 2001
Bio | Citation

Peter Raine has a long and distinguished career in employee relations and organisational development within the retail industry. In his role as Head of Human Resources at Superdrug Stores, he worked closely with our University's Centre for Business Transformation, drawing on the Centre's technical and management consultancy services to complete a groundbreaking project that measured the link between company culture and its impact on business. The project was a good demonstration of how successful collaboration between an academic institution and a business organisation can improve business performance.

In 2001 Peter Raine was awarded an Honorary Master of Arts.
