Am I eligible to attend?

You're eligible to attend if your award is confirmed between
1 October 2012 and 30 September 2013.

Advance booking for September completers
If you're not due to complete until September 2013, please don't wait until your award is confirmed or you could miss out. You'll need to tell us that you wish to attend, and to buy your guest tickets between 22 July and 28 August.

If your award is not confirmed in September as expected and you've bought guest tickets you'll get a full refund on your tickets. If you've ordered your academic gown via Ede & Ravenscroft please contact them immediately to cancel your gown hire, otherwise you may not be able to obtain a refund.

When will I receive my certificate?

Certificates aren't presented at the ceremony, but will be sent to your home address within 4 to 6 weeks of the Awards Board by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This means a signature will be required on delivery. If there's no-one to sign for the item, Royal Mail will leave a card and ask you to collect it from a local office. If you don't collect it within 10 to 14 days it will be returned to us.

I've not received my certificate. Why?

If you've not received your certificate, please check that you have no outstanding debts and that your home address is correct through e:Vision. The Royal Mail may have returned your certificate to us. We may charge you for reposting if your certificate is sent to the wrong address.

Will my prize be presented at the Graduation ceremony?

Graduation prizes will be announced at the same time as your award is announced. We don't hand out any prizes at the ceremony. Your Faculty will arrange a separate event either before or after your graduation ceremony.
