Travel to Chelmsford

Good news! The new Chelmer Valley Park and Ride opened on Monday 4 April and buses run straight through our campus. On Monday to Friday, buses run every 10 minutes from 7:00am until 5:00pm, then every 12 minutes until 7:00pm, then a reduced service with the last bus leaving campus at 9:13pm. Buses also run on Saturdays.

Prices are £2.50 return, £12.50 weekly and £47 monthly.

Parking at Anglia Ruskin University's Chelmsford Campus is severely restricted and staff and students who joined us from September 2010 onwards are not be permitted to park on campus, with the exception of Blue Badge holders. Please note that some car parking in Chelmsford is available for all students on campus during weekday evenings after 6pm, at weekends and Bank Holidays.

Don't forget staff and students can purchase carnet bus tickets (a flexible 12 journey ticket) from the Students' Union, first floor Tindal Building and at the Chelmsford Travel and Information Centre at the bus station in Duke Street!
