CoDE welcomes new Research Fellows

Leah Tether
Seb Franklin
Along with Frauke Behrendt, who joined us in August, the Cultures of the Digital Economy Research Institute is pleased to welcome two new Research Fellows to add to its 40-strong network of affiliated academics.

Dr Seb Franklin, from the University of Sussex, focuses his research on areas of theoretical, cultural and political dimensions of digital and analogue media; critical theory; film studies; media history and archaeology; videogames, especially modes of alternative play.

Dr Leah Tether will also be assisting Dr Sam Rayner (Assistant Director, CoDE) on the MA in Publishing. She completed a PhD in Medieval French Literature at Durham University in 2009, and for the last year has been working as Durham's Alumni Relations/Major Gifts Officer. Her research at CoDE will be on manuscript digitisation.
