CoDE-funded project to spark new film-making technology
Digital Synch, a CoDE-funded collaboration between Tim Sidell-Rodríguez (Cambridge School of Art) and Dr Rob Toulson (Department of Computing and Technology), is hoping to develop a new system for the digital synching of analogue film production.
This technology will initially be used in an ongoing documentary project that focuses on recording the annual Tar Barrel Run event at the village of Ottery St. Mary in Devon, in which villagers take to the streets on Bonfire Night carrying burning barrels on their shoulders.
