CoDE Director Jussi Parikka and Affiliated staff member Milla Tiainen both spoke at this conference, which was based on Donna Haraway's concept of 'naturecultures'.
Organised by Dr Iris van der Tuin and Dr Rick Dolphijn from the University of Utrecht, this event was a follow-up to last June's CoDE-organized New Materialisms, which brought together exciting cultural theorists to talk about how to rethink materiality in contemporary culture and also acted as a launch event for CoDE.
In addition to Parikka and Tiainen, the event featured such established speakers as Donna Haraway, Vicky Kirby and Adrian Mackenzie. More information can be found on the University of Utrecht website.
