Profile

Magdalena Partac is a PhD researcher at the Centre for Enterprise Development and Research (CEDAR) based in the Lord Ashcroft International Business School in Cambridge. Her research interests are around SMEs performance measurement and management.

Magdalena has a Masters Degree and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Audit and Management Information Systems at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Prior to joining Anglia Ruskin University, she was the financial manager of the Projects Department at the National Council of Small and Medium Sized Private Enterprises in Romania.
