Dale, previously a senior planner at the East of England regional planning body where he had responsibility for project managing major, large scale planning policies for the region, is now a Research Project Co-ordinator at the Centre for Enterprise Development and Research (CEDAR), which is part of the Lord Ashcroft International Business School at Anglia Ruskin University.

His primary role is to manage the Antreman Project, which is helping the prestigious Romanian Academy of Economic Studies establish a new School of Entrepreneurship and Management in Bucharest with the aim of creating 132 new start-up businesses. Dale is a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and a qualified Prince 2 Practitioner.
