Start Change
Start Change is a joint initiative between CEDAR and Future Business a Cambridge-based social enterprise support organisation run by Dr Martin Clark.
The purpose of the Start Change initiative is to supply expert business advice and support to social enterprises in the region or those thinking of starting a social enterprise. The ultimate goal of is to help these social enterprises become sustainable and to reach their goal of adding social value to the community at large.

This video aims to highlight the importance of a 'live' business plan to social enterprises.
Video 2: How to operate a Social Enterprise with Dr Andy Brady
This video helps to create understanding about the different legal and governance structures for social enterprises.
Video 3: Marketing Planning with Ben Mumby-Croft
This video showcases the vital role marketing plays in the successful creation of sustainable social enterprises and introduces the concept of a 'visual marketing plan'.
