CEDAR Start-Up Support

CEDAR has worked with many people who have business ideas, helping them to realise their dream of starting a business venture. We do this through various schemes that we deliver and manage. The two biggest schemes are The Big Pitch and the Enterprise Fellowship Scheme. Both schemes offer large financial rewards for the winners to invest in their business ideas, a business mentor, free legal and financial advice, access to The StartUp Lab and title of CEDAR Fellow. Last year we started The Little Pitch - a smaller version of The Big Pitch and manage and provide the mentoring at The StartupLab - a space where students can work on business ideas on campus.

The work CEDAR does on Enterprise Development cannot be achieved without the help from our Strategic Partners, who provide important assistant throughout the CEDAR portfolio, including delivering aspects of our international projects and our Start Change events which provide expert business advice and support to social enterprises.
