Each year students on this course graduate in January and hold an exhibition in central London to display their work to the publishing industry, followed by a showing at Ruskin Gallery. Last year's graduation show caused the usual flurry of excitement with Nadia Shireen's witty, postmodern picturebook, The Good Little Wolf, being particularly popular, leading to a major publishing deal with the Random House Group.

The course has recently been filmed for the Japanese television programme, Gatchan, as part of a series featuring highly successful, innovative academic courses from around the world. This year's graduating students hail from an even wider array of countries than last year's, including Brazil, Bulgaria, S. Korea, China, Singapore, Thailand, Iceland, Spain and of course the UK. If previous years are anything to go by, these artists will have a major impact on the international children's publishing scene. The exhibition will feature original artworks, picturebook dummies, preparatory sketches and storyboards.
