Submission of Proposals
We are inviting a range of proposals based on the indicative themes and conversations for the conference but these are not exclusive and we would welcome any proposal that reflects the overall conference theme of Action Research in Diverse Contexts: contemporary challenges.
When completing your proposal form please indicate clearly which of the following formats you wish to use:

When completing your proposal form please indicate clearly which of the following formats you wish to use:
- Option 1: Paper presentations (30 mins) - an abstract of 400 words
- Option 2: Participatory Workshops (30 mins) - an abstract of 400 words to include the nature of the participation, the maximum number of participants feasible and room/equipment requirements
- Option 3: Symposia (1.5 hours) - an abstract that indicates the overall theme and each related paper/author of no more than 1,000 words
- Option 4: Round Table Discussions (1.5 hours) - we invite colleagues to propose an area of discussion that might interest other AR colleagues and to facilitate a discussion on the topic. These sessions are not paper presentations although colleagues may wish to bring an associated paper as a resource for discussion. Abstract of 400 words to include AR issues and rationale for discussion and catalyst question.
- Option 5: Interactive Posters - where specific time will be set aside for presenters to be available to discuss their work - a max of 400 words.
- Option 6: Performance Presentations (30 mins) - a stage is available for colleagues who may wish to present their work as drama, dance etc (please bring all the resources you need to do this!) - a max of 400 words.
