To join the gym you need to book a 1 hour gym induction and you can arrange this by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0845 196 2199. Alternatively you can come to the Helmore Gym on (1st Floor Helmore Building next to Costa Coffee) to have a tour of the facilities.
Fitness Programmes: £10
Fitness programmes are personalised and custom-built designed to achieve your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or look and feel better, one of our experienced trainers will work with you to create a programme that is individual for you and your goals.
Personal Training: £10
1 to 1 personal training sessions offer interactive and individually designed sessions to meet your specific needs. Sessions can include any combination of strength and cardiovascular training and core strength conditioning and flexibility. 1 to 1 personal training sessions are appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels.

Kelsey KerridgeWe work in partnership with Kelsey Kerridge Sports Centre in Cambridge meaning affordable and increased access to all sports facilities for our students and staff. Kelsey Kerridge Sports Centre is less than 5 minutes' walk from our campus and overlooks Parker's Piece.
As a student or member of staff you can now:
- Take out a membership package for the Outlooks Gym, the Free Weights Gym or the Climbing Wall for just £20 per month with no joining fee.
- Use all other facilities without the need to pay for day membership giving non-members a reduction of £1.10 (students and staff) every time they visit.
- Gain free access to the centre at all times so that students and staff can support our teams in competition against other universities.
