Life Sciences lab nominated for prestigious award

The recent £2million refurbishment of our Life Sciences laboratory in the David building has been nominated for a prestigious award.

Colleagues and students from the Department of Vision and Hearing have been raising awareness of eye health at Cambridge library, as part of National Eye Health week.

Dean's Awards 2014

Five colleagues from the Faculty of Science & Technology have been rewarded for their commitment above and beyond their role.

The award, which sees staff nominating their peers, was presented at the Faculty Away Day in September and saw many nominations. The winners received a certificate, awarded by Eamon Strain, Pro Vice Chancellor and Dean of the Faculty.

Help Kickstart Dominic's online game

A final year Computer Gaming Technology student has launched a Kickstarter campaign to help fund a popular online game that he developed.

Chosen Space, which Dominic developed with his brother in 2006, is in need of updating through further development and graphic design. After funding the project themselves, the brothers decided to launch the Kickstarter campaign, which raised over 40%....
