What our students say
Praveen Kumar (India)
MSc Computer Science''I chose Anglia Ruskin because the course matched closely with my previous work experience (including network security and user experience) and also definitely for the Cambridge campus, what with all the history involved in the city - many of our leaders in India have been educated in Cambridge.
When I applied for the course I was able to meet with a representative from Anglia Ruskin in India, who helped me complete all the application forms, and was also kind enough to offer me a scholarship, which really meant a lot.''

PhD Investigative Chemistry''I've enjoyed being able to manage the direction of my project (with assistance from supervisors), learning new sample preparation and instrumental techniques, and having the opportunity to attend various training courses to enhance my skills; all which contribute to gaining new knowledge & skills in my field, gaining work-related experience and hence being more marketable on the job market. It has been very interesting, positively challenging, inspiring and I'm unlikely to forget my experiences here - the location right near the heart of Cambridge is a huge bonus too.''

MSc Sound Engineering''I chose Anglia Ruskin as I wanted to be as well rounded in Audio and Video techniques as possible, and a similar level course isn't readily available in the United States. The campus is really nice and clean, and everything you need is easily accessible. My lecturers were very passionate about the course topics and worked well with students. MSc Computer Science''The course has been great. I particularly enjoyed the 'Developing Web Applications' and 'Research Methods' modules. When I first arrived, I was a bit worried that my writing skills might not be good enough for a postgraduate course, but I've had lots of support from my module tutors, and the University Library also provides really good skills sessions to help you improve - I'm really proud of the progress I've made.''

MSc Research Methods in PsychologyStudying at Anglia is easily one of the best experiences I have ever had, and we are very lucky to have lecturers who continue to care for their students even after they have graduated. We constantly receive emails from them informing us about current psychology job openings and funding opportunities to further study. It was through this that I learned about a job opportunity at the Global Sustainability Institute for which I applied. I successfully landed the job as a research assistant to work on a government research project. Now that the project is completed, I am back in my home country, Malaysia, eager to continue my journey to establish a career in the field of psychology.

This, coupled with the rich resources in terms of textbooks and study spaces offered by Anglia Ruskin's library, means I can say that studying at Anglia Ruskin is a pleasurable experience.''
