  • 20 years clinical and managerial roles as a Physiotherapist, including 2 years working for VSO (Voluntary Service Overseas) in Borneo
  • Returned to academic study in 1995, gaining three academic degrees in addition to Physiotherapy qualification
  • Professional dog trainer since 1987; currently Senior Instructor at the Kennel Club Registered St Ives Dog Training Club
  • Post Graduate Certificate In Teaching and Learning: Anglia Ruskin University 2008
  • PADI certified Master Diver
  • Module leader: for Developing Academic Skills 1, Animal Husbandry, Animal Cognition and Training, Human Animal Management
