“What do you enjoy about the course?
This course has served to open my eyes to Masters level study. The sessions in University often lead to stimulating debate, incorporating influences from NHS, Private and Overseas organisations.

The assessment processes challenge the students thinking, demanding application of many different skills, as well as being able to present knowledge via many different delivery methods.

Finally the lecturers are approachable and able to discuss topics and issues as peers, which allows the student to develop individual skills as well as their own stance in the field of leadership.

How has the course helped?
Through studying this course, I have been able to expand my current role into more than the existing job description, and gather new skills in my chosen career. I feel equipped with not only the knowledge but the confidence to strive for higher achievement in my field, address new challenges professionally and able to interact with senior management on a far more level footing.

However the main addition from this course is the confidence to raise my profile professionally, thus 'putting my head above the parapet' in terms of recognition from line managers and other stakeholders that I interact with daily.
